I hired Chris to create a new payroll system for our department in Excel. I had created a starting point which used traditional Excel formulas, but was extremely cumbersome to update. Chris did fantastic work, converting all the formulas to visual basic and macros. The user-facing components are now extremely streamlined, and updating the inputs no longer creates big headaches. It imports huge amounts of external data from our employee schedule and from the web with a single click, then populates the payroll data and does all the calculations automatically. It is elegant, eliminates errors, and dramatically improves the payroll process. Chris was hyper-responsive and diligent, and a pleasure to work with.
